The first time I worked with Jennifer B. Williams was during the 2019 issue. The issue had three vacation-related themes, including a beachy section. When I put out the call for submissions, I expected tote bags for beach gear, scarves and shawls for nighttime walks on the beach, and maybe a towel or two. What I didn’t expect was a set of flip-flops featuring a custom, inkle-woven band.
Jennifer’s Tropical Sands Flip-Flops were playful and stylish and spoke of a weaver who thought outside of the box. After seeing the project, I immediately knew I liked Jennifer. Throughout the years, I’ve had the chance to work with Jennifer many more times, and each time has been a delight—not just because her projects are always beautiful and well finished, but also because she’s just a fun person to work with.

Needless to say, I am super-excited Jennifer will be teaching at the upcoming Weave Together with Handwoven 2025. She will, of course, be teaching three inkle classes—including a beginning class perfect for anyone who has always wanted to learn inkle weaving but didn’t know where to begin. (You can find more about the 2025 event, other teachers and classes, and how to sign up here.)
In honor of Jennifer teaching at Weave Together, we wanted to put together a special All Access exclusive featuring all five of Jennifer’s published Easy Weaving with Little Looms projects. (I say published because she has not one, but two, truly fantastic projects coming up in future issues. So if you like Jennifer’s work, keep an eye on the next couple of issues of Easy Weaving with Little Looms because you’ll be seeing more of it.)

Along with the aforementioned flip-flops, we’ve also got a set of stunning bracelets, a silk eye cover stuffed with soothing lavender, an adorable children’s bow tie, and a showstopper headband. What do you need to do to get all these projects? Well, if you’re an All Access subscriber, you just need to scroll down and click the links below. If you’re not an All Access subscriber, you can learn more about the program here.
I hope you enjoy these projects from Jennifer B. Williams as much as I do! And I hope to see some of you at Weave Together with Handwoven 2025.
Happy Weaving,
Christina
