LoginKeep warm as you shop the fall farmer’s market with Deborah Bagley’s cozy pin-loom cowl. A simple basketweave technique gives the cowl its touchable texture.
Weave classic basketweave-style squares to create a beautiful textured cowl or scarf. This loose weave creates a drape in the fabric ideal for scarves and cowls. Keep a somewhat firm tension to avoid gaps in the pattern. Note: The weave looks slightly different off the loom than on.
About: Deborah Bagley has been a crochet and weaving designer since 2011. A former elementary and middle school teacher, she enjoys teaching her two young sons and mountain biking with her family.
