LoginWear this bright and fluttery scarf when you want to fly away to warmer climes. It will make you feel like summer, even when it’s snowing outside.
This scarf was inspired by images of butterfly wings under a microscope. Ashford’s Yoga Yarn gives the piece a delicate, airy look and wonderful drape. Butterfly wings are delicate yet strong, a duality Sara sought to capture in her scarf. She used Danish medallions to show the individual units seen in the wings when magnified, and a plain-weave pick-and-pick (alternating) color sequence mimics the minute details discovered upon close inspection of butterfly wings.
