LoginHere’s the gift that the bakers in your life will appreciate but might not even know they’ve been missing. Fabric bread bags are better than plastic for storing freshly baked sourdough loaves; they let the bread cool without trapping moisture that might ruin the signature crust people love.
Bread bags are great for preserving the crust of freshly baked sourdough loaves. A few years ago, Angela’s friend Rose gave her a cotton bread bag that Angela found handy for storing her own fresh-baked bread.
